Miles was very, very interested in the baby. He wanted to check him out for a long time, and then was very "gentle" with him (petting his head), just like he is with Lyle.

Last walk as a family of three

What better to do while counting contractions than to do Miles' favorite thing -- take a walk downdown.

Springtime walks

We've gotten into the habit of taking a walk downtown after dinner. Miles absolutely loves it. He mostly likes to hold hands, but we have a back-up plan, too.

When you have a kid this beautiful . . .

. . . even messing around with the camera because it won't take a picture gets you a great photo like this. BTW, how much does he look like his Uncle Joe in this picture?
